Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are spiral wound galvanized ducts and are extremely rusted allowing white dust to enter into the house. Suggest spin cast mortaring to restore the structure then spray lining with Duct Armor duct lining material. Downspouts are needing to be extended all around the entire building and the grading is flat against the building on the side of the house. Should be raised and graded away
9-23-2024: Measured the sewer system in preparation for the upcoming lining project. On the day of lining, we will connect a garden hose in the basement, insert it into the open pipe, and flush out any mud from the clay pipe before starting the lining process. 9-25-2024: Successfully lined the sewer, extending 38 feet downstream from the outside clean-out. The liner was installed from the 6” PVC near the clean-out and extended to the 6” PVC near the city main, ensuring a seamless connection.

Descaled and flushed loose scale in 4” cast iron pipe. Inserted a 4-6” patch liner through the existing overhead clean-out extending approximately 11 feet downstream before the tee connection in the crawl space.
Sewer video inspection service call. Televised sewer from overhead clean out in basement that runs under crawl space. First section is cast then it turns to clay. Will give proposal for lining at least up to a connection in the crawl space.
1-26-2023: lined 6” sewer from 6” clean out in driveway 26’ to city main, remote started liner 50’ downstream in 6” pvc and ended liner in 6” clay near city main.
10-28-2022: lined sewer from 6” outside clean out near sidewalk about 40’ to city main, starting liner in 6” pvc 10’ downstream of clean out and ending liner just before city main.
